The
program should have a structure for monitoring of,
and research into, Brazilian fruit in the main target-markets.
Hence, the following will be appraised:
- The price movement of the main Brazilian fruits
in competing countries,
- The space occupied on the shelves of selected
selling chains,
- Promotion techniques and tools, the types of
advertising, and the forms of merchandising practiced
by the competition,
- Research and compilation of articles, quotes,
interviews on Brazilian fruit-growing in the selected
markets.
- These operations will be carried out initially
in the European Union countries, where most of
our exports go at present.
- The results will be made available regularly
for Brazilian fruit exporters through reports
prepared for organizations/companies/consortia
taking part in the program.
