Brazilian Fruit

Brazil appears among the main worldwide producers of fruits, with a production of 43 million ton of tropical, subtropical and temperate climate fruits, allowing a great diversity of colors and flavors..

Currently, fresh and processed fruits exports represent 31% of the total fruit production of the country, with great potential for expansion.

In order to increase the exports of fresh and processed fruits and the number of exporting companies, the Brazilian Fruit Project was created, through a partnership between Ibraf – Brazilian Fruit Institute and Apex-Brazil – Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency.

The Brazilian Fruit Project brings Brazilian producers and agroindustries closer to international purchasers through strategic actions. Accordingly, it presents to the international market the diversity, quality and flavor of Brazilian fruits and their byproducts.
